  1. Contract

1.1. A binding contract between the Company and the Client is established when the Company Booking Form is signed, a 30% deposit is paid, and the booking terms and conditions are confirmed by the Client.

1.2. A binding contract between the Company and the Agent requires the signing of the Agent Contract, confirmation of booking terms and conditions, and a 30% deposit (unless otherwise specified in the Agent’s Contract).

  1. Payments

2.1. A 30% deposit from each Client is required upon submitting the application form to confirm a booking.

2.2. The full amount is due at least 30 days before the departure date, and no Client is permitted to start any itinerary without full payment.

2.3. Safari charges are based on known costs and exchange rates at the time of transfer, with any significant changes communicated promptly.

2.4. If the Company accepts credit card payments, a surcharge will be added based on the type of credit card.

  1. Cancellations

3.1. Cancellations must be in writing and effective upon acknowledged receipt by the Company.

3.2. Cancellation charges apply based on the following schedule:

60 – 45 Days before schedule date of arrival: 30% of the total invoice

45 – 31 Days before schedule date of arrival: 60% of the total invoice

30 – 0 Days before schedule date of arrival: 100% of the total invoice

3.3. No refund is given for any unused portion of the safari once initiated.

  1. Changes and Alterations

4.1. “Force Majeure” conditions beyond the Company’s control may lead to variations or cancellations of itineraries.

4.2. The Company is not liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond its control necessitating alternative arrangements.

4.3. In case of vehicle breakdowns, the Company reserves the right to alter the itinerary for timely repairs.

  1. Insurance

5.1. Travel and cancellation insurance are mandatory for every Client, covering personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, and luggage loss.

5.2. Baggage and personal effects’ carriage and storage are at the Client’s risk, and the Company accepts no liability for loss or damage.

  1. Liability.

The Client acknowledges the inherent risks in adventure travel and accepts participation at their own risk. The Company is not liable for loss, damage, injury, illness, loss of life, or consequential damages unless caused by the Company’s negligence.

  1. Health

The Client confirms medical fitness and must declare any pre-existing medical conditions. Failure to disclose may result in booking cancellation.

  1. Claims and Complaints

8.1. No refunds for lost travel time, amended itineraries, circumstances beyond the Company’s control, lack of appearance, or premature contract termination.

8.2. Complaints must be reported immediately for investigation, and further complaints must be submitted in writing within 1 month of the tour end date.

  1. Company Responsibility and Rights

The Company reserves the right to change facilities or transport without compensation. Alternative accommodations of a similar standard may be used if the initially suggested accommodation is unavailable.

  1. The Company Authority

Decisions made by the tour guide are final. The Company is not responsible for clients committing illegal acts. Unsuitable clients may be excluded from the tour without a refund.

  1. Client Responsibility.

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure correct travel documentation, comply with terms and conditions, and acquaint them with all relevant information.

  1. Luggage Allowance

Domestic flight luggage allowance is 15kg per person for checked baggage. Excess baggage charges may apply.

  1. Booking on Scheduled Departures Clients over 66 require a medical certificate. The Company does not recommend tours for individuals (Solo traveler) over 65.
