ITINERARY

Day 1: Nairobi - Amboseli

Upon arrival into Nairobi (Morning flight arrival), you will be met and drive to Amboseli

Accommodation: Kibo Camp or Similar LD

After breakfast, depart for a full day game drive into the Amboseli National Park for a wonderful game viewing in one of Kenya’s most famous parks. Amboseli is known for its huge elephant bulls with their magnificent tusks, which make for the ultimate safari picture with the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro in the background.

After extensive game drive, return to the lodge, with time to unwind in your room or lounge or even take a quick dip in the pool before dinner

After breakfast at the camp, then head out for our morning game drive in the park until mid-day then proceed to the shores of Lake Naivasha for lunch. In the afternoon, we board a boat for a cruise to the Crescent Island National Park. We walk through the Island which offers ample easily spotted wildlife like giraffes, waterbucks, elands, wildebeests, zebras and impalas. The island is also a heaven for birds with more than 200 species recorded. The lake has a lot of hippos, which you can easily view from the island.

After breakfast depart and drive through the Great Rift Valley where we will briefly stop for an opportunity to see and photograph this great natural spectacle. Thereafter we proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park with game viewing en-route, arriving at our tented camp for lunch. The park supports a wide ecological diversity with flamingos (Greater and Lesser) and other water birds being the major attractions of the area. The ecosystem provides for about 56 different species of mammals including the white rhino and buffaloes and a variety of terrestrial birds numbering nearly 450 species. In the afternoon we head out to the park for an afternoon game drive till late afternoon.

Leaving Lake Nakuru after breakfast, reaching the Masai Mara in time for lunch. Following lunch set off on your first game drive, returning to the camp as the sun sets.

Spend this day with morning and afternoon game drives in the reserve. Masai Mara National Reserve is one of Africa’s most famous safari destinations. World renowned for its great wildlife population, the reserve stretches 1,510 sq km (580 sq miles) and raises 1,500-2,170 meters above sea level. The terrain of the reserve is primarily grassland and riverine forest with clumps of the distinctive acacia trees. This is where the Great wildebeest migration between the park and the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania unfolds with over TWO MILLION Wildebeest, Zebra and Thomson’s gazelle migrating annually.

Today you will have a final day game drive in Masai Mara National Reserve. Your guide will know best on where to find best sightings for your memories

Following an early breakfast, depart Masai Mara. Arrive Nairobi in time for lunch at Carnivore Restaurant, followed by transfer to airport for your outbound flight
